EXCLUSIVE – Grammy-winning singer Adele moves to East Grinstead

But the East Grinstead Hall of Fame welcomes a new star in the form of Grammy-winning singer Adele, who has recently moved to the town.

Adele is currently taking a break between albums to be a mum to Angelo, who was born in June 2012, her son by old Etonian Simon Konecki.

In January, it was reported that her £50 million fortune made her the richest British musician under 30.

A graduate of the BRIT school for performing arts in Croydon, Adele has won Grammys for Best New Artist and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance.

Skyfall, her theme song for the last Bond film, won an Oscar for Best Original Song.

Her latest album, 21,  has sold over 4.5 million copies in the UK, where it is the fourth best-selling album of all time and in November, it surpassed the 10 million mark in the US.
